About this project:
When Dell decided to go from B2B also to B2C in Germany, we were happy to be the preferred and chosen partner to accompany Dell with a number of actions for a successful launch in the B2C retail market. Larger retail stores (e.g. Media Markets and Saturn outlets) were focused in the first stage.
One task was to find and train qualified staff for different roles in the launch process like merchandiser, brand ambassadors, product trainers and promoters. All the selected staff was thoroughly trained. Optimized routes were planned for the selected outlets, to ensure maximum efficiency for our client Dell. The merchandisers were additionally trained to create demand and take orders from the divison managers. Feedback about the quality of our staff and from our staff was collected and a special, standardized reporting system for Dell was developed, programmed and installed.
